Welcoming and exceptional staff, everything fairly clean.
The rooms quiet and bright with coffee table and a great view, for instance. Very central location, handy base for discovering Quebec City. Walking distance to a market and boutiques across the street.

Good old and first-rate hotel, top-notch rooms, bravo!
Clean place with beautiful views and magnificent and absolutely perfect location close to everything. Awesome breakfast, with lots of food.

The hotel offered a charming stay in the heart of Old Quebec, with clean rooms and friendly staff. Navigating narrow hallways with luggage was a bit cumbersome, and the lack of a reliable valet service was disappointing. It's a cozy option for exploring the city's beauty.

Loved the location. It is close to all the important places to visit in Quebec City, and the fact that it has history.
The room where we stayed didn't have a fridge, and the bed was too hard for comfort. These are minor things that could've made our stay a lot more pleasant.

Location in the old town of Quebec City. Excellent cuisine with excellent bilingual service in the hotel restaurant. Close to Museum of Civilization, art galleries, boutique shopping, and small classic French restaurants. Great staff - all of them were very accommodating.
Building was an old, small, probably historic hotel a bit down at the heels. (Room window was dirty and not able to be opened despite having latches; queen bed was of a low quality) . Room and bathroom were small and cramped.

Its location was central, a super close walk to a primatial church. The staff were pleasant and know their duties. Rooms were gorgeous and provided with bath and great views.

I appreciated the help from the staff in accommodating my dietary needs during meals. The attention to detail.
I found the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms distracting, which impacted my quiet time.

The hotel itself was beautiful, but the staff made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful whenever we asked for tips or advice during our stay.
Was not expecting scaffolding outside the entrance, took away from the visual appeal.

Being close to the downtown area and a short walkaway from all the activities of Old Quebec was great, we did not need to take the car to get around. While we stayed there, we enjoy a live band playing smooth jazz music in a comfortable lounge area which finished the evening on a great note ; )
The morning brunch, which was a buffet, was quite expensive for what was offered.

Excellent location; near the old city, near shopping, near to the major events of Carnaval. Excellent restaurants, and a lot of them, within a 15 minute walk.
